To be immersed fully in field work, in direct contact with the consumers and their world, is what Maria Mer most enjoys as a practicing researcher. It's no wonder she has become a "globetrotter" for clients, often visiting 2 or 3 countries in a month.
Her early experience with communities as a Social Psychologist, as well as her natural questioning of perceived rules, were fertile ground for developing a sharp intuition combined with disciplined analysis, powerful when it comes to decoding behaviors, understanding motivations, and orienting brand strategies.
Maria Mer has developed a unique and proven style of moderating through an 18 year trajectory in Qualitative Research, that both clients and participants enjoy as much as she does.
In 1992 Maria Mer joins CJS. In 1995 she leads the Qualitative Department of an innovative food company, rejoining CJS in 1997 to continue leading and directing projects throughout the Latin America region.
